I went ASA because everyone I met before i received my bid was so kind, helpful and understanding. Jenna inspired me to join because we already worked together in the Pre vet club. Taylor inspired me by explaining all the financials and how ASA was willing to work with me on payments and keep me included. ASA felt like home before I even joined officially and you can’t find that feeling just anywhere.

When I went through recruitment I was definitely not the girl to go through sorority recruitment. I am not your typical sorority girl but I did it anyways. The second day I got dropped by every sorority except for alpha sigma alpha. I was discouraged and was upset. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I wound up loving it. I found my forever home.  Be confident in yourself. When you find the sorority for you, you feel welcomed. 

My name is Faith James, and this will be my first year being in Alpha Sigma Alpha. When I decided to go through fall recruitment, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I was so scared and didn’t know if I was good enough for any sorority. I want you all to keep in mind that 1. You are good enough for any sorority out there and that 2. Any of them would be lucky to have you.  I promise you will end up in your forever home. Just remember to be yourself and keep an open mind.
